well I dont think theres anything you can do abou the pics.. stealing is very common on ebay..and its harder since hes in germany, If your pic is copy written then you can make him take it down, if your pic was in an auction then you can make eBay take it down and posibly suspend him..
obviously that seller is a member of this forum... a noob member... since he has 0 feedback ...hmm...

It is copyrighted, guess I'll tell him cease and desist and hit Ebay with it too...I'm burned because he used my picture to scam someone for 300 EUROS!!
it just goes to show how fake these bastards are, i would contact ebay and get them banned, stuffem, tell ebay that its all false and show that its your pic, that should either ban them or get them suspended and sue the place who is selling them for damages, better yet get your wife to im sure she will win the case better, ill back u up if u need it, i hate scammers!

Theres Fraud/stolen pics sections on "my eBay" tab im sure you can get that auction deleted... I used someones pics before and I got my auction deleted...🙁 but it wasnt a scam situation.
Its going to be hard to get "satisfiable" results since he's in GMY
There rules and laws on intellectual property may differ.. I know im China they can steal/borrow and make millions on your ideas and its 100% legal.

or maybe the seller will have the decency to remove the picture himself, email him/her.This can be a "deformation" act in some ways..Im pretty sure its illegal to post pics or any identifying materiail of a persons familiy let alone for profit ..without consent.
