Except that the heatsinks suggested by the overlay print would limit the amplifier to about 10W, perhaps that board could be used for about 80W with an 8R load. It is a small amplifier design using cheapest possible generic parts. Note the wrong resistor values marked on the PCB, particularly for the output transistor emitter resistors. Either that or it was never intended for driving speakers.
Be warned that without protective circuits and current limiting, with 50V supplies and typical fake components, it's almost guaranteed to burn transistors and resistors. Unless you plan on the risky process of bridging and paralleling many of these amplifiers when completed, the PCB has nothing to do with the OP of this thread, where 650W is specified 🙁
