Post the DC voltage on all of the terminals.

I lost drive, one of the diodes on the 4080 failed. I used a 1n4148 and drive is back, not sure if that is the correct diode but worked for now. Which terminals you want voltages for?

Speaker terminal has -1.274vdc across it. Still no squarewave on pin 5 of the hip4080.

With the rail caps discharged, pull the 4080 and lift pin 5 and reinstall the IC. Do you now have a square wave on 5, a triangle waveform on 6 and DC on 7 that's centered on the triangle waveform on pin 6?
