I finally got this note, I don't get notified when new posts are made.
The book was sent, although for some reason I did not see the initial order and it went out rather late.
E-mail is the only reliable way to reach me. That almost always works.

As stated by Earl, the book is on the way. Actually: caught by German customs and I have to release it myself come monday.
