EAR 834p on/off switch problem

I have an 834p where the switch is not being held close to the chassis. The nut that should be holding it has come undone and the threads stripped. Any suggestions of a part to use to replace the switch? Also, any insight how to remove the on/off knob? There doesn't appear to be a set screw, but the knob seems firmly in place.

If there's no set screw, it must be a push-on type. Just grab the knob and pull.
When you buy a new switch, try to get one with a metal bushing, not plastic.

Possibly someone has used superglue to fix the knob in place, in which case you'll
have to use a hacksaw, or grab the knob in vise-grips, and break off the shaft.
Either way you'll need a new knob, so it's easier to just break it off.
