Hi, I found in my old documents a paper about construction figures for the Dynaudio Xennon 2 kit ( two-way speaker with 24W75 and D28AF). I scanned it for the community. The quality is not perfect but nevertheless readable. If necessary, PM for more details.

Thanks Lojzek for your input. This kit is probably more than 30 years old and the xover would certainly benefit from an upgrade... If you have suggestions? I intended to build speakers like this in the future as I have several Dyn drivers to make experiments. It should anyway sound better than TV barsounds 😉
I have some plans to design such a 2 way, only the woofer is Dynaudio automotive, and the tweeter is less royal, but not too shabby I hope. I'll have to wait until the stuff arrives and I am done with bench tests.
I was always interested to hear about the quality of automotive dyns compared to the more classical "hifi" ones. I guess the construction could be different to stand the car environment (heat, vibrations...). But the intrinsic quality should remain. What do you mean by "royal" for the tweeter?
Tweeter brand won't be as "royal" as Dynaudio, simply means it will be a very affordable brand, unlike expensive Dynaudio,
for the moment, unless I change my mind.
There is a smaller brother of this project I finished 2 years ago, you can check here:

Very common arrangement in Dynaudio crossovers of the day. The tweeters were very rugged and used ferrofluid so they could usually handle the abuse dealt out by the average user. I built a pair of Dynaudios using the Esotec 6.5" and D260 tweeter with an almost identical crossover. That speaker sounded quite special at moderate listening levels.
Hi cowanaudio, what would "quite special at moderate listening levels" would mean? I know that dynaudio drivers need to be fed with juicy amplifiers (current) which is what I use at home. They do better at more than moderate power, in my opinion.
They are very inefficient and the bass drivers have limited excursion, but are capable of going fairly low. The 1st order crossover taxes the tweeter. The two drivers will quickly reach their limits even in moderately sized rooms.
Ok I see what you mean. Inefficiency is usual with the Dyn, so the need of strong amplifiers. That's why Cello used them in their second generation speakers (Stradivari after the Acoustic Research period). They had all amplifiers ready to drive them in a correct manner. I use them myself (ML-9 and Cello encore) and it's OK, for me at least (yet my main and preferred speakers are Apogee...).
