Carrying on from my other thread.
I have scored a set of Dynaudio BM 10 speakers, the tweeters were taken out to resurrect some Duntechs so I'm left with the rest.
I plan to make some nicer looking cabinets for them. Maybe stacked ply? Not to sure just yet.
I have scored a set of Scanspeak D 2608/9130 tweeters for a good price locally. The specs seem to match fairly closely.
I plan to use the existing crossovers for now, I will modify them later if I can get them sounding half decent.
While the crossovers are out I plan to change caps etc, not looking to spend a great deal of money but thought it may be beneficial. I am a complete novice when it comes to this sort of thing, and I'm having trouble working out the capacitor values. If someone could help me out it would be great help.
I will probably upgrade internal wiring while I'm at it. Was thinking along the lines of Dueland dca 12ga, seems reasonably priced.

I'm after something looking like this.

When I calculate the internal volume, do I allow for the foam and the wool dampening or do I take that off the overall volume?
Thanks for your help.
PS this is nothing too serious, just a bit of fun.
Cheers Dave.
