Hello I'm looking for some advice. I was looming at getting the below drivers for a 3wat design but I'm finishing it impossible so find them.

Can anyone recommend where to find these? If not does anyone have any alternative driver and crossover combinations that will give similar if not better results.

Dynaudio stopped selling drivers for diy about ten years ago.
They still replace damaged ones but you have to send in the dead ones.
FWIW Morel build very similar ones but not sure of direct replacements.

From what you ask, you are not being very explicit, you want a speaker with a dome mid driver. There are plenty of comparable speakers and designs/kits. You have to mention your level of aptitude to deal with crossover design and measurements/simulations or ineptitude to make it yourself and working only with finished and tested designs.
The drivers you mention are referenced here with this design for the Dynaudio Xennon3 speaker/crossover (see pic below). Woofer, Mid and Tweeter and kit:

To have a similar setup you can either choose a more conventional speaker like one for home/hifi use or another more pro-sound/PA/studio professional type application. For the second type there's a lot of builds with the ATC SM75-150 Midrange be either the pro ""S"" version or the other one. Examples and links here.

A fantastic 3" dome that would be the closest in size to the Dynaudio would be the Tang Band 75-1558SE.

In a last note, if what you are looking for is some type of very high frequencies reproduction then look at the Troels design with a tweeter+supertweeter. SP38/13
