My first thought based on looks alone was the B&CME90 but that's a 1.4" throat. Nothing to stop them using a 1 -1.4 adapter though.

The RCF H100 measure relatively flat down to 600Hz but it starts loosing directivity pretty soon down 800Hz but all in all that's a pretty remarkable achievement for a constant directivity horn of this size.
950 Hz is pretty much stretching it for a 1" compression driver. I wouldn't use it in a Pro setup because distortion will go skyrockiting at high sound pressure levels. In a home environment that's less of an issue. Nobody listens to average 100dB sound levels at home, 85dB is allready pretty loud.
