This mixer amp was a pain in the neck to get up and running again!
The owner 'droped his drink on the master level silders, nice
His comments where ' it's weak to one to one side and the limit led is on all the time, mmmm!
Well it took lots of part replacements and not for getting non stop call's asking 'is it fixed yet, my reply 'stop calling me asking the same thing😡
if you chaps ever get one with the limit led on and weak to one side, go to the o/p stage and left pin 5 on the lm3080n ic and your regain good power level to the weak side so long as the o/p stage is working as it should be. next check around the limiter circuit and your see a 2.4 zener diode and right next to it there's a 220k resistor that's o/c and replacement soon as limiter working again. If any of you need a diagram for this monster mixer amp, polaraudio in the uk will be happy to help.
