Used PAS preamps are mostly in poor shape by now, and will need complete restoration, and lots of new parts.
Will need new boards, new filter capacitor, new controls, new wiring, new jacks. The 1970 price was $89. new.
You can get brand new chassis/panel/knobs, transformers, capacitors, and boards.

I have a Factory wired PAS3x with original tubes I could part with, Let me know if interested. I has not been modified. I have not used for for a long time
Just opened up has original dynaco branded telefunken 12ax7/ECC83 and Dynaco 12x4 rectifier, inside very clean, not sure it was ever used much. Factory wired in a wooden case. Everything original, still has selenium rectifier. I think I bought about 25 years ago never used much as I had still had an older Hafler and Self preamp

Most of the caps and the boards are OK
The resistors could be out by a bunch now.
Replace all the electrolytic caps and any selenium rectifier with silicon.
If the rectification is half wave a bridge can be used if the grounded secondary wire is long enough.
