Hi guys,
I've a little big problem...
During repair of an IMPACT STEALTH D amp, my focus is on audio driver module, DWM0808FV_V20.
So, in the first time, the amp was in the protect mode and output mosfet of negative rail was hot in few seconds..
P.S. Now, all output fets are OK.
i've found 2 interrupted fast diode that provide to supply 7912 pre-regulator for negative totem pole buffer (infact, there was no voltage to the input pin of this IC) so, i've changed it and now, without audio driver module, the voltage on this IC's (7912 & 7812) is ok...
but, when i put the driver module, the amp still in protect mode...
So i think, there is a problem with audio driver module, of course..
but tadàààààààààààà, the name of 2 IC is erased!!!!
P.S.2. I've tested all bjt of totem pole's buffer and are all ok...
now, wath is the name of the rounded IC's in the attached photo?
