Dukane Magniview 200 LCD Panel?

i've done a search on this panel on google & diy audio and nothing has come up.

can anyone help me find out what resolution it is at, colors, active or passive matrix.

i know the dukane MagniView 486 is 640x480/2M/active matrix.
