For anyone who has been frustrated trying to figure out how best to physically lay out and wire a tube amp, these boards might be of assistance. The come in 9 pin, noval, or octal configurations for twin triodes. I purchased the 9 pin version (octals out of stock) to play with. The quality seems good, and they're very flexible as to the configuration. The schematic and information is downloadable.
And the standard disclaimer - I don't work for, or know, these people and have no vested interest in anyone purchasing them. Just thought I'd share the info.

PS - if this should be in 'Parts', I apologize, and assume someone will move it.

Interesting... I was just starting to layout a similar board to the octal (and still will).
I don't get why "thetubestore" prices everything in USD, though. He's based in Hamilton, Ontario. Not to mention he doesn't exactly have the best prices. At least there's no duty for us Canadians. 😀

Have you seen the USD/CAD exchange rate --Bloomberg=1.3072 (today ) .
Shrewd advertising done in many places like "only £1000" ------small print = +VAT (UK) .
Attention Canadian customers:
- Canadian orders that are shipped to an address within Canada will be converted to CAD after you enter your shipping address. If you register the website prices will be shown in CAD once you login to your account (Note: you will need to provide a Canadian shipping address when creating your account).
- The prices are converted to CAD at the current exchange rate.
- All Canadian orders will be charged GST or HST where applicable.
Personally if this was a genuine Canadian business wouldn't it give concessions to its home-base customers ?

I agree, but I suspect they do the majority of their business is in the US, and perhaps most Americans can't understand/fathom an exchange rate? Also a good way to bump your sales $$.
As a Canadian one gets to expect this from Canadian companies who do business into the US. I probably shouldn't mention them - a good source of NOS, less common tubes - but even Pacific TV lists prices in US dollars.
What drives me crazy is a company like Parts Express who'll free ship to the US over a certain dollar value, but gives no break to Canadians on shipping. (Need to mention that B&H Photo does give Canadians free shipping on orders over $100)
On reading their small print --Parts Express say Canada is an "international destination " ---legal term for "foreign country " .
They also state they ship abroad --no broker fees UPS Worldwide Express but UPS Standard to Canada is -quote --"subject to brokers fees " .
I always thought the "rivalry" on those wresting shows between the USA/Canada was all showmanship but --------?

Brokerage fees are very good sources of become for UPS & FedEx. After all who, amongst us small time purchasers, has a broker on speed dial?

The fact it even does (didn't notice that, thanks) speaks to the fact that the USA is a larger market and he's more interested in capitalism and his bottom line than being patriotic, I guess.
He is indeed based in Hamilton, Ontario. His prices on NOS tubes are one thing, his prices for Soviet tubes is ridiculous IMHO.
UPS Standard is trash (just like UPS entirely IMHO). "Brokerage" fees are only charged by this method. Any air method costs considerably less and gets to you faster.
See, A1 does it right IMHO...
A1 Electronic Parts - Serving the Toronto area for 30 years! is for USA and USD... index is in CAD. (Sorry just a plug for A1 because I like the store. not affiliated in any way though. (edit: index LMAO - we Canadians don't get all butthurt about titles I guess))

I tried accessing your link but first browser got a =403 Forbidden even Tor couldn't make it and a VPN with a Canadian IP still couldn't get there , that guy must have some security BUT got through right away using another browser (GNU IceCat with a different search engine ).
Prices look the same for tubes in both countries , pretty reasonable price .
