To my eye, your ball is sitting quite a bit lower than mine. It looks like it can just roll out. Looks like too much space between 164 and 150.
I agree. I just can't see how to make the distance shorter though..... #164 has to move freely.
Purhaps if pne bends the tip (arrow end) a bit, so #164 can't drop so much down when turntable is inverted/upside down)?

I think you will need to change the angle of the bend of 150. Make the angle shallower (and then you will need to bend the "arrowhead" back so it remains parallel to 164)
