Dual 20v 25a transformer

Large e-core transformer, dual 20v 25a.
Secondary windings require a blowtorch to solder, it is heavy so eu only.
It is unused and the surface rust is minimal and can easily be removed.
Perfect for a class a project.
Is 200 euro acceptable?
