1) 2x DBX driverack 260 in 4 way mono
2) 2x Behringer DCX2496
3) 1 xilica 4080 (XD or XP)
What one would yall choose over the others and why?

As long as you don’t go near the analog circuitry. It sucks.

So just to make sure I understand this it works great with AES but if you use analog in or out its performance is greatly diminished?

I only ever tried teh DCX with the analog bits. It sucked. Others have said it workd much better digital only,
But it is very dated and limited in capability.

I'd go with the Xilica. This will keep it to one unit that can handle the entire system AND give you the option of using FIR filters. (Xilica also make high quality equipment.)
