Drop-in replacement for ALPS RK27 motorized Potentiometer?

I have a failing blue velvet ALPS RK27 50K motorized Pot in my Musical Fidelity A3.2cr preamp is there a drop-in replacement for this now discontinued part from TKD, Panasonic, etc.

Interestingly it is not the pot failing/generating static but the mechanical drive for the motor that has friction that cannot be overcome by the motor in the 10 o'clock position.

Getting a new Alps pot should be fairly easy? I am not aware of anything that is a drop-in replacement.

Those are reasonably Common on Fleabay. Should be a direct swap as these are reasonably accurate copies / clones .
Do get the correct ohms though.
