Do you know if there is anything in this driverboard that commonly fails ?
The amp worked for a min then now I get no sound at all .
I do not get rail to rail oscillation

Do you have a 10v signal referenced to the negative rail on pin 1 of the driver ICs?
What's the DC voltage on pin 2 with the black probe on the negative rail?

The outputs are fine .
Something on the driverboard blew since I get full rail voltage measures directly across the speaker terminals .
I will go back through the driverboard again .

Wondering how to I soldered the heatsink back to the driverboard that goes over the IR21844S without damaging the IC?
If everything is clean, the soldering should take only about 2 seconds per end. That won't get much heat into the core of the IC. Solder with an iron, not hot air.
