Hi, I am looking for a driver that has a tube friendly impedance curve, does not need a crossover, is either 2 or 3 inches in diameter (4 is probably okay), and can cover something like 150 to 15K Hz -- more is better, of course -- and that sounds decent. It will be used ina very small box (1 to 2 liters) and can be ported -- in fact must be ported. Any suggestions?

Thanks, that looks great. I am planning to build a small single tube amplifier (based on a 6c45pi) + dac + a small speaker into a single small box to use in my office with a squeezebox.
I need a bit of educating as to what constitutes a tube friendly curve and does it look different in the case of triode v.s. pentode or SE v.s. PP?

Monacor SPH-30X is very nice IMO, but I do use a filter...
