I would like to build myself a sub and I was thinking of this driver. I found it in Romania as well so what do u think should I go for it knowing that it is a car driver that needs a box or not?

You can't design a sub without parameters! Real parameters!
With car audio subs you might just put it in the boot, not in a box, so parameters aren't important so much. Also a lot of car audio people aren't quite so fussy!
I'd say start looking for a driver you can get with some parameters, not a car audio sub. HT is much more demanding than music for the tiny space in the car.
If you can't find some good drivers, then start looking at buying overseas and shipping them in.
You at least want to know fs, VAS, Qts, xmax, impedance, preferably a lot more so you can model it.
