I bought a driver for him Free shipping 128W 150W power adapter for projector lamp DC26 36V/DC36 45V 3.4A 4.6A with short circuit overload protection-in Adapers from Computer & Office on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
but don't know wich is one i actually got dc26-36 or dc36-46v.

I connect a multimeter and it says 38v. I've tried to spin screw(trimmer) on a blue small box, but happened nothing, no voltage change. Wich is one i've got, dc26-36 or dc 36-46v?

When i tried to measure the amperage i notise big pulses and flashing LED on the board.

What will happen if i connect my 128w led(24-28v) to driver DC36-45V?
What will happen if i connect my 128w led(24-28v) to that 38v?

My driver is broken?

You might have damaged your LED. From what I can tell, that LED needs to run a maximum 26V. It could be that the driver could detect something wrong and not power up.
