Do you know which tool has been used for the drawin, is it only a drawing tool or a simulation software ?

That is Speaker Workshop. Its free, but it has a bit of a learning curve. Try searching for online tutorials for crossover design using speaker workshop and it should get you started.
just wanted to know if Speaker workshop works on win7 ? it doesn't work well on my lappi with win 7 , it fails to get mic input.
You can use REW to get measurements and export/save files .frd and .zma format.
Then you can import them into SpeakerWorkshop.
In REW, select graph then -> Export -> measurement as text => <filename>. frd or .zma

Speakerworkshop (very capable software with an initially extremely confusing workflow) works fine on my Win7 64bit platform, once you sort out the vagaries of Win7 sound. I don't use it for acoustic measurements - Holmimpulse suits my way of working much better.
