Doubt solid electrolitic capacitors

Do solid electrolytic capacitors in electronic circuits also present problems due to disuse when electronic devices remain unplugged for a long time? Do solid electrolytic capacitors also require at least 1 hour to reforming electronic devices to avoid failures due to disuse?

I turned on a device I have and it has solid electrolytic capacitors but I only turned it on for a maximum of 30 minutes

If I turn on an electronic device that uses solid electrolytic capacitors for 20 to 30 minutes and then turn it on again after 12 months, these electrolytic capacitors will fail due to disuse, high leakage current, loss of capacitance because 20 to 30 minutes was not enough to fully Reform of solid electrolytic capacitors and are they the same as common electrolytic capacitors?

Leaving a solid or wet electrolytic capacitor for a very long time in a discharged state will affect their ESR and capacity. Reforming them usually returns them to a good condition. But, reform them slowly if old.
The shelf life of electrolytics exceeds 5years, before they will benefit from reforming so, not sure about your question.
Is your question hyperthetical?

I have an external HDD case with the HDD inserted and it has two solid electrolytic capacitors, I turned this HDD + case on for 20 to 30 minutes, if I turn on this HDD + case again after 12 months these two electrolytic capacitors will explode or have failures due to disuse because 20 to 30 minutes was not enough to completely reform these solid electrolytic capacitors?

Is turning on electronic devices that use SMD electrolytic capacitors (those with a silver casing) for 20 to 30 minutes enough or not enough to renovate them so as not to have failures due to disuse and store these devices for another 12 months?

I'm confused about the correct type and technology of these capacitors with a silver metallic casing because I've read several names for them: SMD electrolytic capacitor, solid capacitor, polymer capacitor, SMD aluminum electrolytic capacitor, if there are several chemical technologies, how can they differentiate? They come in different colors black gray red blue purple
Which one is used on external notebook HDD case boards?
