The original (now obsolete) relay is the Omron G2VN-237P-US 12V
My candidate for substitution is the Omron G5V-2-DC12
Comparing relay specs makes my head hurt, so I could use another set of eyes.
UPDATE: For posterity, Omron confirmed that G5V-2-H-DC12 (linked below) is the correct sub.

I replaced the original relay with the high-sensitivity one noted above, but it isn't operating. Checked and reflowed my solder joints, and all is fine. While the specs on both match up pretty closely, the coil inductance is different:
Omron G2VN (original)
Armature OFF: 1.15 H
Armature ON: 1.15 H
Omron G5V (sub)
Armature OFF: 0.75 H
Armature ON: 1.18 H
Note that the original did work, but had an intermittent contact causing one channel to cut out (B&K preamp).

Something odd is going on. After I spoke with the Omron rep, the datasheet that I was referring to and shared with him for the G5V-2-H-DC12 (and had linked to above) was replaced on Digikey with the one you'll get now if you click on the link. This datasheet only shows a G5V-2-H1-DC12, which has different specs from the G5V-2-H-DC12. In other words, if you search for a G5V-2-H-DC12 from Mouser or Digikey, and check the datasheet, it will shows specs for the G5V-2-H1-DC12. I've attached photos of the datasheet for the G5V-2-H-DC12.
