Currently I use a Double D, but I can only make one at a time. It'd be nice for alignment etc, to make two at a time for AC outlets.
Anyone aware of any equipment for that?
I guess worst come to worst I'd consider just upgrading to a nice knockout die.

Greenlee does not make one (to my knowledge). You could weld two 734 dies (AV-5490) together to get consistend alignment or get a punch to do Decora. E
I think he means the Decora line of electrical wall switches and things. Unlike the common light switch on the wall, these use a much larger rectangle opening for style reasons.
