For pro orders (big orders) probally yes (but with extra taxes). But best is to ask it to them. They are very responsive on their email. They act de facto as worldwide distributor for some (french)) brands like Kartesian and PHL so i suppose they are experienced with intercontinental shipping and so.
I recently received an order for them for around $60USD, no worries, no landed costs or anything. Took about two weeks to arrive. It was a very light package and shipping was $18, I suppose a heavy driver could get expensive. Seems a very nice company!
