Got this from a diyAudio member who's downsizing. I assume it's for vacuum tubes. I also have the preamp PCB. Does anyone know what it is? I tried a Google image search with no matches.
My guess is that this board is intender for a small stereo SE amp, possibly with 6BQ5 tubes in ultralinear connection. The LEDS and transistors in the bottom corners are probably constant current sources for the input stages?

Very likely a Dyna Stereo 70 upgrade board.
But not very useful without the schematic.
Notice the Ultralinear UL pads for capacitive feedback,
and the FB-16E pads for loop feedback from the OT.
Coupling caps are on the bottom.

Thanks for the suggestions folks. I looked at some Dyna Stereo 70 upgrade kits, but none match. I'm going to post it to give away in the Swap Meet. If I don't find any takers they're going in the trash. 🙁
Could it be a Curcio board from the late 1990s? Cascoded push-pull 6DJ8s with SS CCS for diff input. He also made a version for MkII/MkIII.

The old FM3 site's other site or page offered a 4 tube driver board kit for the ST-70.
They may still?
I gave the boards away. The recipient says that its the Classic Valve Design Dynamull board and power supply board.
