I have sent the PCB curcuit board diagram to you. I have four different versions of the PCB curcuit board diagram ,all of them can work normally. If you find some problems ,please point out it.

400w(4R)*2 60V+60V(AC)
600W(4R)*2 70V+70V(AC)
800W(4R)*2 82V+82V(AC)

This curcuit can be self-activated in damp conditions.
Because I'm a new user and the set of website, I can't reply you right now.

Ex4000

Hi guys.

I'm receiving to many requests for the schematic so I'll attach it here.If you want my opinion,I'll suggest a newer product like the RMX line. There are many interesting solutions.I'm also finishing the RMX4050 project, so I'll show the whole project here(soon,I guess).

ACD,I didn't forget you, mate.I will have the SRA1222 schematics in a couple of days.
Regards.

I'm curious to hear some subjective comments on how the QSC clones sound.

The genuine QSCs I've heard have sounded rather hard, not particularly musical. However they are rugged and their reliability reputation among the PA crowd is well earned.

I wonder if some of your DIY projects include upgrades such as better capacitors, different output devices, or perhaps a different input opamp. Do they make a good difference?

In QSC's amplifier,I think the stability of the sieris of EX is the most important. It's all of prevental circuits is very integrated, If we utilize some of the other circuit' s fundamental such as sieris of MA and RMX, it is better.I utilized RMX's circuit to make a piece of PCB before. Because I don't like the structure of it(similar with CREST AUDIO),I didn't test it. Now I sent it to the forum, is anybody willing to test it, which has been moderated some may(if anybody hasn't schematic, please reply to me).
1 LM13600 has been moderated to LM3080.
2 Start circuit has been moderated to that of sieris of USA.

Hi.

ACD,you've just took my words.🙂

The main concept is to see how "big" guys make an amplifier and our "job" is to test it and eventualy try to make some changes.Of course, if we are dealing with quality company like QSC ,there isn't much to change.I've chosen QSC because there are plenty of good solutions like grounded collectors in the output stage. This means we don't have to mess any more with silicon pads.Besides, the cooling is drastically better.I'm a high power fan so I choosed RMX4050 and it's very easy to clone. The only thing I don't like is saving money on heatsinks. That's what they have done in this unit ,so I've designed my own PCB for a proper heatsink and made some changes in the controlling circuits.I'm also not using SMD parts coz it's hard to find someone who wants to assemble PCB's for experiments in small turnarounds. :bawling:

JFET glare, you are right. The main purpose of these amps are feeding large PA systems and that's why we can't expect sound like in home systems.Afterall, who wants 130dB's in his bedroom.:hot:
Regards.
