thanks Jonsnell. but I could not find anything for US or Canada. all of them like 220V or 240V contries.
Is there a label on the back that says Europe or USA?

Then according to the NAD 3020i service manual, the power transformer is only 220V,
and cannot be rewired. Other versions have dual winding transformers.

other versions? do you mean other model such as 3020a 3020 or another 3020i from different country?
Most NAD amplifiers do not have multi-voltage transformers. There are three options: look for a secondhand transformer or donor amplifier for the voltage you require; contact NAD on availability of a replacement transformer; buy an external step-up transformer. NAD is a Canadian company and quite helpful.

Yes, from the service manual, 3020(i) is a later model which only came with either a 100/120V transformer to suit North America or a 200/240V transformer for Europe/UK. Most other countries/regions have mains supplies in those ranges anyway. So the OP does have a problem unless he can find a donor 3020 amplifier, perhaps a service agent or hobbyist with a spare NAD transformer somewhere or a mains supply step-up transformer. That said, he still needs to determine which model any spare or donor amp model may have come from, so that the windings can be correctly identified. Otherwise, the secondary windings probably still need to be tested with a multimeter to confirm the appropriate windings and leads, as a check.
This is a rather special little transformer with multiple secondary tappings too, so there is little chance of finding a substitute type or even squeezing something else in the space of the original. Personally, I would get some help from someone experienced with consumer audio gear because you can't afford to take risks with mains voltages unless you have the training/experience yourself.

- do not know if NAD 3020I can be rewired from 220V to 120V
