What would cause this? Cleaned the color wheel and optical sensor.

You can hear the CW motor changing pitch

And the overall picture is just B&W with flickering but not shown in this video because of frame rate.

Make sure the video system is correct. If you can produce a monochrome picture in good quality, there is possibly an input issue.

I cleaned the wheel off with a air duster which seemed to work however I had already cleaned it with a q-tip and some alcohol as well before hand.
