diyRIAA ? once again

RIAA equalisation has been discussed often. But I am still looking for a special one I have not found yet.

It should be passiv and solid state. Although I like the designs presented by Vacuumstate.com it is not my way because the tubes are too spacy, the preamp will be built into the TT.

Is there a design with a high overload margin as with tubes but in solid state, perhaps FET cascode with high voltage?.
( My system is MM.)

The only solid state preamp with a significant higher supply voltage I know is the Kenwood L-07C (1977). It uses 2 x 47 V.

2 x 2SK68A FET long tailed pair
2 x 2SC1775 cascode
2 x 2SA872 current mirror

It uses active equalisation.
