I got myself a transformer for the speaker-protection board.
It’s a hammond bd 5G (https://www.digikey.ch/product-detail/de/hammond-manufacturing/BD5G/HM5206-ND/454356), 24V 0.5A
This bugger is relatively big...
So I was wondering what you have used/what‘s the smallest that would trigger the 24V relays?

The relay coil is 15mA... another 20mA max. for electronics (Zener, mostly...) - 100mA should be plenty
