Add "* bridge tied" to the list.
Actually, make that "* bridge tied, in phase carrier" and "* bridge tied, out of phase carrier" for the hybrids out there. I have only worked with the BTL hybrids that use in phase carriers, so I can't comment about the real world differences between them.
Some more for the hybrids:
