deffered crossover
gday!
djQUAN! you made two realy different channel.
I'm not sure about amplitude linearity as well.
I prefer make it as deffered, lossless filter.
you can see it in http://www.artmaydan.org.ua/sub/deffered_crossover.jpg
but your and mine has one troble thing. these filtres are not regulable. we can't regulate cutoff frequency. it's necessary for optimal sub working.
do you have idea how can we do it?

my crossovers are from the ESP site. www.sound.au.com
I have used this design and have been the best crossover I have used so far. not to mention the steep slope offering protection to the drivers (as proven from experience)

Please use james.yeung@utoronto.ca account. I think I took all my old email addresses offline since they no longer work. I guess I didn't somewhere on my site. If you remember which page, would be great if you can show me the link.

The address you just gave is the one shown on that page which didn't work. I'll re-send in case it was a glitch.

Here is my DIY site:

Speaker projects are mostly fullrange driver projects, although there are a couple pair of traditional multi-dirver systems.
Also lots of tube gear.

Open only if you have more than 521Mb RAM in your computer.
It has lot of things in his site, but the more than 180 buttons in FLASH on the front page, consumes all the resources of the PC.
😀 😀
It's more one contribution to the thread

Here's my site http://fluxforge.com/audio which just went up. People interested in PA100 type gainclones might find it interesting.
Stumbled across this page. Can't tell you what any of it says, but might give some ideas. Just click on all the various names at the bottom of the page.

My Website with DIY Ribbon Write-up
I've just finshed my web site. I don't expect it will every really be finished, but this is a good point to pause.
http://home.comcast.net/~hendentures
It's got the full design and build documentation of my DIY Ribbons (as described in the "Another DIY Ribbon Thread" on the planar/electrostatic forum).
Now I know why people pay other people to design websites - it takes a long time 😱
Regards,
Denis

FYI: I've updated my web site to be compatible with Firefox. Still one or two minor formatting glitches, but it's much better now.
