Hi everyone I am going to bulid a compressor for vocal.
Here is the schematic I find from the internet. This compressor is originally desiged for guitar but it have almost all control for a vocal compressor (attack, release, ratio, threshold ...)
Just wonder if this will be considered as a studio grade compressor for a vocal and which part of the circuit I need to modify in order to turn the input from guitar into a mic?

Hi, the circuit you showed is not studio grade. I would look at That Corporations IC's & their circuits for much better performance. Also search for kits based on them, unless you could do it all yourself.
Wrong forum, this probably belongs in Instruments and Amps or PA where the guys who play with this sort of stuff hang out. I'll move it perhaps it will get more attention there.- Status
