DIY transport kit with optical output

Does anyone know of a high quality DIY transport kit with optical ouput sold in the USA? I am using an EAD DSP7000 processor, I only need a good transport. Are there any other ones than the CDM12 or CD Pro2?

Hi

While I prefer coaxial interface over optical, you may "just" buy a transport, and expand it with an optical output.
