Hello, i have problem, i have made amplifier on breadboard using this schematic:
The problem is that, amplifier is not turning on when supply voltage is under 14V.
Pin 4 and 22 is connected to power supply pins. When supply voltage is 12V its not turning on, i can slowly increase voltage and when its reached about 14,2V its turned on. When its turned on, i can decrease supply voltage even under 12V and its staying on.

If you study the datasheet you'll note that pin4 and 22 are designed to be controlled from logic (5V) levels. If you want to connect them to the full supply voltage the DS instructs you to use 470k rather than 10k. Could this be your problem?
