If you want this new amplifier boards but with mosfet output stage and 5 front-ends, then little patience,
in the near future they be available in the DiyAudio Store.
Want some fun with triode transistors ?
Buy some Tokin
That would also be fun to build. And maybe with more power?
Yes more power = price cost of the 30 ~ 50 Watt's is twice+
What cool about 10 Watt's amplifier with 94~95 dB sensitivity/efficiency you get sufficient power to play music loud.
12" full range drivers are great, sound is spectacular DIY Full-Range Speaker Kits High Efficiency Speaker Audio Nirvana

Thanks for everyone's positive comments.
Ticket calculation was audited overnight, looking good.
I considered it, but wanted this to be a thanks to the community, and not the store, or about money.
Donations were counted because that's some people's way to contribute to the community.
How we might do things in the future, that's open to learn from experience.
While exhausting, this has been the most fun I've had in a while. It has felt like "hobby" not work. The charities are very personal to me. The many amazing members I have interacted with have given me a lot of energy and made me feel very proud to have had my part in the building of this community.

As to tickets, are you factoring in purchases from the DIY store too? Seems fair to me, especially because I bought a lot there!

While this was obviously so much work (I wasn’t involved) it is also the “fun part” for Jason and Nelson.

For all the members here who have participated in this event, can you confirm the following thanks.
1. For the very lucky members who get chosen for the first lottery - they will not be eligible for the second draw in a couple of months.
2. Those that have entered and were not successful in the 1st lottery will be automatically entered in the second lottery and do not have to post again when that lottery is open.
3. Lastly, what is the reason for the delay between the 1st lottery for the P channels and the 2nd lottery for the N channels.
Thanks again on behalf of all members who frequent the Pass labs forum, for the sterling work Nelson, yourself and the team has done in all of this.

Thanks mate!
1. Affirmative
2. Affirmative
3. They aren't ready, and "steady as she goes". We might even dribble out the first batch to people so any potential issues can be corrected. It's a lot easier to fix 50 problems than 100, and 100 easier than 200. Especially when international shipping is involved.

It’s not a calculation, it’s a very rough estimate to put our expectations at measure.
Of course, for second run everything changes.
@tombo56
When I referred to the calculation starting from the second lottery, I referred to the lottery of the second unit (02/90) of the VFET-P and not the second lottery of the 90 VFET - N. In the lottery of the second unit of the firsts 90 VFET - P, the numbers change because the one that has already been drawn is removed from the list and their respective scores.

10W into these bad boys (92db) gets room-leaving loud... 12x26' room w/vaulted ceiling peak of 16'. Also, no shortage of sweet bass.
Agree with edmaraj it is more complex.
Tombo56 formula is probability for first amp(kit) from first batch.
@tunasto
You summed it up well!

Do you plan on posting a more detailed impression on how they sound in the future? I'd be interested.
Winners will be announced in this thread and everyone contacted privately by email in around 10 hours from now, most likely.
