looks good. You are splitting fresnels and what is the lcd ?
No heat issues? how many fans? How long are you runing the projector for?

questions

whats the screen size, 250W or 400W MH bulb (the focus looks good - i've setting my mogul base up now and first tests show a poorer focus than my halogen), and whats the projector lens and throw distance?
