while I was following the link gave in this "VGA on PSone LCDs" thread I bumped into an interesting webpage teaching you how to build a NTSC (YC/RGB) to VGA scan converter . would be a cool project for hardcore DIYers. Here is a picture of the converter box:

WAY too complicated for me(at this time) if only there were STEP BY STEP instructions of how to do it and where/what to buy it would be better.
I seen a similiar site, but it showed how to make a pci tuner.(i lost the links so dont ask lol)
any ways good find, this could be usefull for those with enought DIY balls.
