DIY HELP. 15" compaq lcd monitor

Hi all.

Very new to the DIY scene. Very pleased with what i am reading i must say. Anyway, I am from Australia and it seems that the panels we have available here are pretty crappy compared to the ones in the states, so.....I recently bought a compaq 15" lcd monitor off a mate really cheap cause it had no power supply. Anyway after some modding, and a molex connector it runs fine. Can i mount this on an OHP to get a projector going?

Any help/advise on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

You can put an lcd on a OHP. Most OHP's stage will be smaller than the 15" monitor, you may need to cut some plastic to utilize more of the screen. link
