mp, I doubt there's patent infringement, but this seller is illegally using other people's trademarks and brands to promote his merchandise. We call that "counterfeiting," and EBay will probably be responsive to complaints from the trademark holders.
As a strong believer in the strength of communities and social pressure, I encourage people to report this stuff to EBay when they see it, let the trademark holders know, and for goodness sake, do NOT help out people who post here trying to promote, develop, or fix pirated merchandise.

Sy is – as usual – correct.
Some of us have already reported the Ebay listing but Ebay doesn’t seem to care much for now.
Perhaps we need more reports.
If we’re serious about acting, we need to cooperate.
For those among you who don’t know how to report an Ebay listing:
1) You need to be registered and logged in at Ebay.
2) Go to: http://cgi.ebay.com/Power-Amplifier...5295402QQihZ015QQcategoryZ39783QQcmdZViewItem
3) Scroll down the page and click ‘Report this item’
4) Next window Step1 click ‘Counterfeit and Copyright violation’
5) Step 2 Subtopic ‘Potential trademark infrigement’
6) Step 3 ‘Other replica or counterfeit items’
7) Click Continue.
8) Next window click ‘Email us’ and enter these listings:
250145295402, 250121864607, 250121863825, 250121859461, 250121858316, 250121841045
These are all Nelson’s copied products. As only 10 items can be reported at a time Nelson's items have been chosen. You are of course encouraged to report any other infringement.

mp, I doubt there's patent infringement,
If he is selling a board with the Aleph circuit to US customers this isn't patent infringement? 😕
Please explain. I would like to understand better. I do see how it is a Counterfeit and Copyright violation however...
Thanks
There has to be a valid patent on the circuit and the device sold must infringe on one of the claims of the patent (e.g., it actually has to be the patented circuit, not a workaround, "based on," or some other circuit). It's not clear that this is the case here, but the infringement on trademarks is obvious.
Andy,
Thanks, but if you copy and paste the listing numbers in my post, you will find yours included. At least I think I didn't miss any. Can thus be done in one report. 🙂

I only eased the mechanical action. It’s this community who needs to click the mouse.
Great to see the growing numbers of reports.

Just like many others I too have sent a report, and it got me wondering. Ebay must be drowning in reports about this particular case, but it's still there????
Magura 🙂
Magura 🙂
This could take some time as Ebay has to investigate and possibly contact the trademark holder.

That's true, but probably because that listing
is quite old.
Alas, the more recent ones are still around.
After the auction ends, items are re-listed. That makes the report system quite useless.
In any case, here are the new numbers.
I included other brand name listings, that makes ten, the maximum to be reported in one mail.
Lets not relent, my report has been sent!
