wiredia (in gauge): what kind of gauge is that? For instance, a 40 gauge shows a wire dia of 0.194mm... A 125 gauge shows 0.114mm wire dia, and that's as small as it seems to go.

An older spreadsheet before much info was available on the www, I had an allowance for insulation thickness that was perhaps a bit too thick 😉

Here's the updated sheet. Quite a few improvements. Now allows accounting for insulation and glue build on the wire diameter. Also has a facility for using different conductor materials, and some data on common insulation build and a way to accommodate metric wire sizes.
Compare the input data it comes with and the Manufacturer data for the P17WJ-00-08. Note that there is no value given for B in the Mfg data, so I just varied it around ~1T until the specs matched best.
It would be interesting to compare this with real data if anyone has it.
