Don't ground the inputs because they are referenced to 2.5v. In this case, the +input, -input, and output should all be at 2.5v. You really only have to look at the output.

Hi Ed,

15k resistors removed and 4.7k added, (paralleled to the 22k) gives 3.8k.

Now, the 5k trimpot gives plenty of adjustment and, in Dac circuit, I can trim the outputs to match the inputs which is 2.5v exactly (was 2.55v and 2.535v).
