I have found that with some audio cd your cdrom controller go in block at the end of the cd writing on display "Playing", have you a new firmware version ?
Hi, I received the MCLL Eagle files from roly3055 and was wondering if anyone has posted a BOM for this project. I can piece some of it from the schematic but was wondering:
AT89C51-12PC or AT89S52-24PC, does it matter, will codes work for both?
RN1 – is this an A103J SIP 10K resistor array?
trim pot value.
All the other values.
Anyway if someone could direct me to the right link (I have read the entire, but sure I missed it somewhere) it would be much appreciated.

Include Power Supply, slim cd-rom internal analog output, no re-clock and SPDIF.
Just for fun....

Just a question regarding the CDROM power supply. I am about to start building my version of this and I was wondering if I should treat both +5 and +12 volt supplies to the CDROM separate from any other digital circuits (buffers, DAC etc).
I know that mixing +12 CDROM and digital lines is no good but what about +5 CDROM supply?
