Because it's 12VAC power supply only , and high jitter .
Attach circuit diagram are made it output battery sound because it's double regulated power supplies.

I think there is a language barrier here. If I am reading you correctly,l you have implemented better power supplies for this unit? I can't follow what you are showing. At the price they charge, I would have expected top notch supplies.

I'm sure that's one of power supply in the world for Cambrige DACMagic only. See attach photo. I think you must spend $3000USD for you're expected top notch supplies.

Choose the power supply housing and the connector , power cables from internet. I can ask some one make it for you if you're busy.

This power supply is very high speed and I have implemented better power supplies for this unit.
