Hello,
I was wondering if there was a magazine (paper ideally) for DIY Audio? I recently ordered some drivers from Parts Express and they came with their own catalogue/magazine of builds and projects. I know there are various Hifi magazines but I'm not interested in shiny boxes and expensive cablea. I'd like to see reviews of drivers, guides on building, technical articles etc. It seems odd that I can't find something that fits the bill...
Thanks 🙂

They existed, the internet pretty much killed them all off. Audioxpress is the main one left but I think that is only online now.
In Germany there is "Klang & Ton" which probably doesn't help. And there is the mighty Linear Audio, published by Jan Didden. Have a look: linearaudio.net
How many languages do you speak? You could add Hobby Hifi to the list, but it's in german too. Klang & Ton can be found as Digital so no crazy shipping costs...
AudioXpress is still alive and well, both electronic and paper. Linear Audio is less project oriented and more theory and testing, but invaluable.
Full disclosure: I write for both of those publication.
