DIY amplifier here in the forum

The Honey Badger kit from diyaudio supply has HD below .1%.
diyAB Amp The "Honey Badger" build thread
It is about 150 W/ch. Biggest drawback is the large boards, which require a large chassis with large heatsinks on both sides. Not compatible with salvage PA chassis IMHO.
There is also a small class A amp at the diystore, with about 10 W. I view that as a toy, since classical music with base level of 1/4 W needs ~50 W for volume peaks on full dynamic range tracks. If your source tracks are singer/songwriter strumma/strumma, low crest factor, it could be just the thing.

Wait for the Badger/Wolverine V2 of the "Badger" . I got permission to DO IT.

I want to make it one to "drool" for.
I now have the technical prowess to do so.

By the end of May , bossman shall get it.

PS - it will be the DIYA "Wolverine" -deadly EF3 killer amp.

Will 2 fit in a chassis less than 8.5" tall with 2 heat sinks on the side, aka the $300 chassis on ebay? Honey badger is huge.
I built two Apex AX6 because I could make it fit in a chassis 3.7" tall and accomodate one pair transistors remotely mounted on a heat sink. 70 W/ch 5 seconds, 70 wires instead of over one hundred. .06% HD the sim guys say.

Bossman wants it in the same UMS format as the first. Holes fixed , cancelling traces.

It will be a "standalone" through-hole like first but with a plug connector
right at the input stage/driver interface.
You could not populate the badger/wolverine input stage and plug in a daughter card of any of the dozens of other designs.
Leach amps , symasym's - most of any 20th century topologies.

OS,

Could you design the pcb to be universal allowing for at least 5 pairs of output devices? Then one could use in his application as many as needed.
Thank you,
cheers,
