I would like to build a phantom powered di-box, but I can't find any good schematics anywhere. I have made a few of these but they can't give out more than levels of -10dBu. Also, they blow the tranny if accedentially +48V gets shorted to gnd. Good things with those are that they sound quite good and they have SNR of about -120dB.
I would very much appreciate if someone had some other schematics to good di-boxes. They must be phantom powered active and it must be possible to get gnd-lift to them. Also, if someone has any commercial box's schematics, it would be really interesting to have a look at them.

You could try this: http://sound.westhost.com/project35.htm
I haven't used it, but Elliott's designs are generally sound.

Check out the Jensen Transformer website. There is a page with schematics for various applications, including passive and active direct boxes.
I've built Bo Hansen's DI box:

Check out the others on that page too (the API DI mod looks nice).
